Meneham en Kerlouan
Descriptif
A restored village of traditional thatched cottages...
The outstanding site of Meneham (48°40'04.18"N 4°22'20.36"O) is both a remarkable natural site and a hamlet of former farmers-fishermen-goemoniers (seaweed fishermen).
Meneham, a hamlet in the town of Kerlouan, was inhabited up until the 70s by families of farmers-fishermen-goemoniers (seaweed fishermen). The inhabitants gradually started to leave the site after it was listed in 1975.
The site is open to the public every day.
